Cardi B recently confirmed she is pregnant with her fourth child, and first with her boyfriend, NFL star Stefon Diggs. She’s due in February 2026, just before her “Little Miss Drama” tour is set to begin. Cardi candidly discussed her pregnancy reveal and admitted that she waited until she felt confident about the baby’s health before sharing. Despite being heavily pregnant, she’s stated that the pregnancy won’t derail her music plans. And her recent performance proves she’s not slowing down in her second trimester.

Cardi B stepped into a major spotlight at this year’s Global Citizen Festival in New York City. She replaced The Weeknd as a headliner after his withdrawal for personal reasons. Already riding high off the release of her sophomore album, Am I The Drama?, Cardi returned to her hometown stage at Central Park’s Great Lawn. And she brought a mix of both fresh material and her signature energy.
Her addition to the lineup came with a burst of excitement. Global Citizen CEO Hugh Evans expressed gratitude, saying Cardi “is an outstanding performer, who will light up Central Park in spectacular fashion,” according to Global Citizen.
For many fans, this marked her first time headlining Global Citizen. And her promise of “bringing all the drama” felt like both a nod to her album’s themes. In addition to her new music, including recent tracks like Safe featuring Kehlani, her presence dovetailed with the festival’s larger mission: securing commitments in areas like clean energy access, protecting the Amazon, and expanding educational opportunities.
Cardi didn’t slow down on stage despite her pregnancy. Recently, she noted that she plans to hit the ground running once she has the baby in February 2026, as her “Little Miss Drama” tour starts that same month. She expressed that she plans on working extra hard to prep for tour life and dancing on stage, as she wants to give her fans a premier experience.
