Kieran Culkin and wife Jazz Charton expecting 3rd child after 2025 Oscars plea for more kids

You don’t ask, you don’t get.

Kieran Culkin and his wife, Jazz Charton, seemed to announce they are awaiting their third child during the opening night of “Waiting For Godot” in New York City on Sunday.

The “Succession” star, 42, was seen lovingly placing his hand on his pregnant wife’s blossoming bump as the duo posed for photos together.

The pair, who tied the knot in June 2013, are already proud parents to daughter Kinsey Sioux, 6, and son Wilder Wolfe, 4.

This joyful baby announcement comes just months after Culkin shared that Charton had vowed to have more children if he secured an Oscar — an achievement he accomplished for the first time this March.

While receiving the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in “A Real Pain,” Culkin was quick to clarify the situation during his acceptance speech.

“Let’s get cracking on those kids, what do you say? I love you,” Culkin told his wife.

“I love you Jazz — I have to thank my wife, Jazz, for absolutely everything and giving me my favorite people in the world,” he began, begging producers not to play him off stage before he could tell “a really quick” story.

“About a year ago, I was on a stage like this and I very stupidly, publicly said that I wanted a third kid from [Jazz] because she said that if I won the award that she would give me the kid,” he recalled, referring to his 2024 Emmy Awards acceptance speech.

“Turns out, she said that because she didn’t think I was going to win.”

Culkin admitted that his public declaration “really annoyed” Charton, 37, at the time — but that didn’t stop him from doing it again.

“But anyway, after the show, we are walking through the parking lot — she is holding the Emmy and we’re trying to find our car — and she goes, ‘Oh god I did say that! I guess I owe you a third kid!’ and I turned to her and I said, ‘Really, I want four.’”

“And she turned to me — and I swear to god this happened, it was just over a year ago — she said, ‘I will give you four when you win an Oscar.’”

Cameras captured Charton laughing and covering her face in the audience as Culkin continued on.

“I held my hand out, she shook it and I have not brought it up once until just now,” he said enthusiastically. “You remember that, honey? You do?”

“Okay then I just have this to say to you: Jazz, the love of my life, ye of little faith, no pressure. I love you. I’m really sorry I did this again… and let’s get cracking on those kids. What do you say?”

Culkin famously asked his wife if they could expand their family after winning the Emmy for best actor in a drama last year.

“My beautiful wife Jazz, thank you for sharing your life with me and for giving me two amazing kids, Sioux and Wilder Wolfe, I love you so many and so much. And Jazz, I want more,” he said.

“You said — you said, ‘Maybe,’ if I win!” he continued. “I love you so much.”

The duo had met in a New York bar in 2012, with the actor previously recalling their meet-cute in a 2021 interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“I said, ‘I’m Kieran. You have an English accent. What’s your name?’” he recalled. “She said, ‘I’m Jazz.’ I said, ‘J-A-Z-Z, like the music?’ And she said, ‘Yeah.’ And I said, ‘Well, that’s f–king stupid.’”
