Though her husband, Patrick Mahomes, is celebrated as a three-time Super Bowl champion, Brittany, his wife, has garnered her own fame ever since they both captured the Kansas City limelight back in 2017.

In the past few years, Brittany has drawn attention for her stylish appearances, opulent way of living, and dedication as a co-owner of the Kansas City Current soccer team.

The high school sweethearts have also ventured into the Hollywood scene, establishing a friendship with pop icon Taylor Swift, who is engaged to Patrick’s close friend and Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce.

Last season, Brittany didn’t shy away from sharing her wardrobe and makeup routine with fans, often showing her gameday glam on her Instagram stories.

She made headlines last winter for her extensive clothing collection, as she gave fans a sneak peek inside her jaw-dropping walk-in closet full of designer shoes in the Missouri mansion that she shares with Patrick.

In the comments section of her Instagram, fans are often praising her for her outfits and beautiful hair and makeup looks, begging her to share her tips – so what exactly are the secrets behind her stunning looks?

Just a few years ago, in a 2023 Instagram Q+A, Brittany admitted to getting lip filler, according to The Kansas City Star.

But according to plastic surgeons who weighed in exclusively to Daily Mail, one of the most famous WAGS in the NFL world may have had a few more cosmetic enhancements as of late.

South Carolina-based Dr. Frederick Weniger, who has not treated the star, told Daily Mail that Brittany ‘appears to show some of the hallmarks of cosmetic injectables.’

‘In certain images, her forehead and the area between her brows look particularly smooth, even when she’s smiling or in expressive settings, which is consistent with the use of Botox,’ Dr. Weniger explained, after reviewing photos of the 30-year-old.

‘Her cheeks also appear fuller and more elevated compared to earlier photos, suggesting she may have had filler placed in the midface to create that lifted contour,’ Dr. Weniger continued.

‘In addition, her lips have a defined shape and volume that go beyond what I’d expect from natural changes over time, which raises the likelihood of lip filler.’

All together, though, the result of potential Botox and filler is one that’s both ‘subtle’ and ‘balanced,’ according to the board-certified plastic surgeon.

Florida-based plastic surgeon, Dr. Adam Rubinstein, also agreed that Brittany has likely had Botox and filler injections.

‘She is a beautiful young woman just past 30, so she is just getting to maintenance procedures like Botox and filler,’ Dr. Rubinstein told Daily Mail exclusively.

‘These would be to maintain her youthful look,’ he continued. ‘Her lips are a little plumper, and her smile is just a bit softer.’

But that’s not all that Brittany may have done.

Dr. Weniger also noted that it’s possible that Brittany could have undergone a rhinoplasty in recent years.

‘Her nose appears a bit more refined in some of the later pictures, which could reflect either rhinoplasty or contouring techniques with makeup,’ Dr. Weniger suggested to Daily Mail.

And, in addition to any potential plastic surgery or cosmetic injectables, the doctor suggested that the Kansas City queen could have had a few ‘non-surgical skin treatments’ as well.

Dr. Weniger shared that her smooth complexion could be due to ‘resurfacing treatments’ like lasers, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare or even IPL (intense pulsed light).

‘IPL, in particular, is often used to reduce redness, sun spots, and uneven pigmentation, giving the skin a brighter, more uniform look,’ he explained.

‘These types of treatments refine texture and enhance luminosity, which is why the skin can look so radiant both in natural light and under camera flashes,’ the doctor continued.

‘While we can’t confirm from photographs alone, the clarity and brightness of her skin suggest she may be doing some form of professional rejuvenation therapy beyond just makeup and genetics.’

Daily Mail reached out to Brittany’s reps for comment.

The chatter about her glamorous looks comes just weeks after the mom-of-three celebrated her 30th birthday with her friends, which included Taylor Swift.

She took a luxe weekend getaway to Nashville, Tennessee, where activities included  included brunch, spa treatments and and a custom hat-making activity.

Another outtake from the fun-filled getaway showed the former soccer player seated at a table with a tree of espresso martinis set in front of her, as she enjoyed a dinner at the Twelve Thirty Club, where fans also spotted Swift.
