Emmerdale icon Lisa Riley declared her love for her ITV soap co-star as she cosied up to them at a glitzy party this week. The Mandy Dingle actress, 49, wowed in a navy blue dress studded with silver and ruby gems, with one arm tucked around Beth Cordingly’s shoulders.

Beth shot to fame as Ruby Fox-Miligan in Emmerdale, joining the soap in 2024 as Caleb Milligan’s wife. In a new snap shared by Lisa on Instagram, Beth, 48, wore a stunning cream gown dotted with embroidered pink flowers, rising into a halter-neck and clutching a pastel pink purse as she grinned for the camera.

In her sweet caption, Lisa declared her love for Beth, writing: “I couldn’t love this girl any more if I tried, goodness and positivity comes out of every pore… absolute dream @beth_cordingly love ya babes!”

Beth quickly commented: “Lise! Back atcha darlin,” with a heart-eyed emoji.

Fans soon rushed to share their love for the duo, with one writing: “Lovely. You both radiate beauty and happiness and positivity. Love it.”

Someone else echoed: “Love both of your dresses!” while a third fan posted: “Love you both on Emmerdale.”

It comes after Lisa scooped the Inside Soap Award for Best Family on behalf of the Dingle clan, after Emmerdale lost out on the Best Soap award to Coronation Street. Her co-star Amelia Flanagan was named Best Young Performer for the fourth time for her role as April Windsor in the Dales.

Emmerdale was also awarded the gong for Best Showstopper after the bombshell limo crash on Valentine’s Day, killing off three characters in one fell swoop.
