Rob Kardashian and Caitlyn Jenner are making their shocking return to reality TV in “The Kardashians” Season 7.
In the trailer for the upcoming season out Wednesday, Kim Kardashian teases in a confessional interview that “some familiar faces are back.”
The 38-year-old is then the first to make an appearance during a family dinner as Khloé Kardashian asks, “Is Bob here? Bobby!”
When the camera pans in on him, Rob keeps his head down and avoids eye contact.
“Oh my God,” Scott Disick, who was also present for the family dinner, quips in shock.
Caitlyn, 75, also makes an appearance when Kendall Jenner admits to Kris Jenner, 69, that she “has had a hard time inviting [her] dad to family gatherings.”
“But my dad should be included in things,” the model, 29, notes.
“Dear heavenly father, give me the patience, because I’m about to lose my s–t,” Kris then prays during a confessional as cameras ominously show Caitlyn approaching the Kardashian family home.
Kris and Caitlyn, who was previously known as Bruce Jenner, were married from 1991 to 2015. Aside from Kendall, the two also share daughter Kylie Jenner, 28.
Both Caitlyn and Rob were regulars on the family’s original “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” series, which ran from 2007 to 2021.
However, by 2017, Rob decided to step away from the show. He explained in July that he left the show because he was not “comfortable” in his own skin.
He told his sister Khloé in an episode of her podcast, “Filming and doing all that is not for everybody and I choose my own happiness and peace than filming for somebody that doesn’t do anything for me and my personal life.”
As for Caitlyn, she claimed via X ahead of the Season 1 premiere of the “Kardashians” that she hadn’t been invited to continue filming with her family.
“It is unfortunate to not be given the opportunity to continue with the show,” she tweeted in 2022.
Caitlyn was outed from the family when she released her 2017 memoir, “The Secrets of My Life,” which contained a damaging depiction of her ex-wife.
By 2023, the former athlete said on “The Morning” that she and Kris “really never talk” anymore, adding, “It’s kind of sad because we went through a lot.”
Season 7 of “The Kardashians” premieres Oct. 23 on Hulu.
