Millions of Australians will have some time off this weekend as they celebrate one of two public holidays.

For Aussies in South Australia, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, it will be their Labour Day.

Queensland residents will have a public holiday on the same day to commemorate the King’s Birthday.

Stores across NSW, ACT and QLD will be open as normal.

In SA, all stores will be closed except for Port Lincoln, Port Pirie, Berri, Port Augusta, Mount Barker, Adelaide Rundle Place, Whyalla, Murray Bridge Green, Mount Gambier and Victor Harbor.
