Amy Schumer is all smiles while showing off her body transformation.

Schumer, 44, shared a photo via Instagram on Saturday, October 4, on a recent Las Vegas trip with pals Alex Saks and Jillian Bell. In the image, the trio stood with their arms around each other as Schumer rocked a Miu Miu button-down mini shirt dress and black heels.

“My lovies,” she captioned the upload.

The comments section was filled with celebrities praising her look. “OK legs for days!!🔥🔥❤️,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Margaret Josephs wrote, while Chelsea Handler added, “Yes!!!!! Look at this pic!!!!” Isla Fisher also wrote, “Those legs ❤️❤️❤️.”

After Saks shared a close-up of Schumer’s legs via her Instagram Story, the comedian reposted the shot and added, “Don’t call it a comeback.”

In March, Schumer opened up about her experience trying Mounjaro — a GLP-1 drug similar to Ozempic that is used to treat weight-related health issues and, in many cases, to lose weight. According to WebMD, Mounjaro is designed to help diabetes patients with weight management and can include numerous side effects, including nausea and diarrhea.

“Three years ago, I tried Wegovy,” she said in an Instagram video. “I was puking, I couldn’t handle it. I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula, whatever. But anyway, I went on this Telehealth meeting with Midi Health, and it was cheap. I wanted to try it myself ‘cause I wanted to recommend it to my friends who are nurses and teachers.”

Per the official Midi Health website, the virtual care clinic specializes in menopause and perimenopause treatment.

“They put me on estrogen and progesterone because I realized I was in perimenopause and my symptoms from being perimenopause have disappeared,” she continued. “My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy, I want to get down more, if you know what I mean. I’m talking about sex. So that’s been great and Mounjaro’s been great.”

Schumer shared that the drug is “not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or like severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have.”

She concluded, “But I’m having a really good experience with it and I wanted to keep it real with you about that. Midi Health. I liked it so much and I had such a good experience [that] I invested in the company.”

Schumer is not the only celebrity who has gotten candid about utilizing Mounjaro to manage their weight, with stars like Rosie O’Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg and Meghan Trainor admitting to trying the weight loss medication.

In 2023, Schumer explained that the side effects of the drug inhibited her from spending time with her son. (Schumer welcomed son Gene with husband Chris Fischer in 2019, one year after the couple tied the knot.)

“I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn’t play with my son. I was so skinny and he’s throwing a ball at me and [I couldn’t],” she said during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen at the time, noting that she decided using the drug “wasn’t liveable” for her but she still “immediately invested because I knew everyone was going to try it.”
