Brittany Cartwright is sharing details on her latest plastic surgery endeavor.

“This was something Brittany had wanted to do for herself for quite some time, and she finally took the step. Her ‘mommy makeover’ with Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke of Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group represents an empowering new chapter in her journey of self-confidence, healing and growth,” Cartwright’s rep Lori Krebs said in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly.

The message continued, “Staying true to her open and honest self, she’ll be sharing more about the experience and her recovery on this Friday’s episode of ‘When Reality Hits With Brittany Cartwright.’”

A source exclusively told Us that Cartwright “got a mommy makeover, which included a tummy tuck and new implants. She removed the implants she had and got new ones.”

The Valley star shared a cryptic post on Sunday, October 6, revealing that she underwent a mysterious procedure while sharing a mirror selfie featuring her stomach wrapped in compression bandages and two surgical drains.

“When they said ‘remove what no longer serves you,’ I took it literally 💅,” Cartwright, 36, wrote via Instagram. “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing💕 Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier.”

She continued, “Still recovering, but feeling stronger (and lighter 😉) every day. Can’t wait to share more with you soon! 💖✨.”

Several stars took to the comments section to praise Cartwright for her decision. “​​My gorgeous girl! dropping that dead weight and went for the upgrade!! @drpay @drjlayke,” Kristen Doute wrote, while Scheana Shay added, “I see a sparkle 🤩🤩🤩.”

Fans of Cartwright know that her breast augmentation surgery, which was featured in season 4 of Vanderpump Rules, was financed by estranged husband Jax Taylor. (Cartwright filed to divorce Taylor in August 2024 after the pair welcomed son Cruz, 4.)

In March, Cartwright shared on an episode of her “When Reality Hits With Brittany Cartwright” podcast that she was considering another surgery.

“I get comments and stuff about my breasts all the time and it’s so annoying because I had my boobs done, gosh, it’s probably about 10 years ago,” Cartwright said at the time. “It’ll be time to get them redone again soon anyway. But after I had my son and as I said earlier, my weight, like, fluctuates so bad. So my boobs get really big or they’ll shrink, they’re one of the first places that I gain weight in. And a lot of people will accuse me of having my breasts done again.”

She continued, “And I’m like, no. This is still the same one. They just got a lot bigger after I had my son. And, I don’t love them all the time. It’s hard to get dressed. It’s hard to find clothes that work for me and everything. But I also always thought I was gonna have more kids.”

Cartwright explained that she “didn’t really want to get another surgery done” until she was certain she wasn’t having any more children because “then you’re just gonna have to do it all over again.”

“You know what I mean?” she said. “So it’s definitely something I’m looking into for the future. I definitely would go smaller. I just still don’t know what my future holds at this moment. So I don’t think I wanna do any more surgeries or anything like that until I know for sure if I’m gonna have more kids.”
