Dele Alli is back in training as he continues life as a free agent on the back of his release room Italian side Como – as ex-girlfriend Cindy Kimberly hits the recording studio.
Alli, once a high-flier in the Premier League, had his contract ripped up by the Serie A club in the summer having only joined in January. He made just one appearance in which he was sent off 10 minutes after coming off the bench.
Manager Cesc Fabregas made it clear than Alli was not a part of his plans for the 2025-26 campaign, thereby leaving him as a free agent and without a club.
‘Dele is keen to secure regular playing opportunities and, as he was not part of the club’s immediate plans, both parties felt it was the right decision to part ways ahead of the transfer window closing. The club thanks Dele for his time at Como and wishes him the very best for the future.’
It left the former England midfielder without any clear direction despite setting the target of playing at next year’s World Cup, but he is now back on the grass with the hope of picking up his latest club with Kimberly seemingly referencing him on social media.

Dele Alli has returned to training after his Como release – with his ex-girlfriend hitting the recording studio to make songs about him

Alli was let go by Italian side Como in the summer and is now a free agent – but has been keeping fit
Alli, 29, shared footage of a training camp on Instagram, which featured the midfielder working out in a gym as well as running, stretching, and kicking a ball.
He signed an initial 18-month contract in January with Como with the option of a further year following his release from Everton last summer. His debut came in March and was his first professional game of football since February 2023.
But he was shown a red card shortly after coming on for a rough challenge on AC Milan’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek. The incident sparked a furious reaction from Como boss Fabregas and marked a turning point in Dele’s brief Italian adventure.
He then fell out of favour and, despite returning to training after injury, was not included in Fabregas’ first-team plans for the 2025–26 season.
Spanish-Indonesian singer and model Kimberly, meanwhile, has shown the talented midfielder what he’s missing in a Made To Kiss campaign on behalf of online beauty brand Huda.
Kimberly confirmed her separation from the footballer after unfollowing him on social media in June. Shortly after she unfollowed him, Kimberly posted to reveal that the pair had decided to call quits on their relationship after three years.
The model later confirmed the couple separated some time ago, telling media outlet GSM: ‘We’ve been separate for a little while already.’
The couple went public with their relationship in June 2022, and as recently as January, Kimberly – who once graced the cover of Sports Illustrated – could be seen posing with Alli as he completed his move to Como.

Kimberly took to social media to say she had written ‘endless’ songs about her relationship with the former England star
On Wednesday, meanwhile, she took to social media to reference Alli, posting to her 660,000 X followers: ‘In the studio for weeks. Wrote endless songs about my 3 year long relationship and my best song is about my 1 week situationship.’
Alli burst on to the scene at MK Dons before earning his big move to Spurs in 2015, where he shone under Mauricio Pochettino. He enjoyed a remarkable 2016–17 season, scoring 22 goals in all competitions and establishing himself as one of the most exciting young midfielders in Europe.
The Englishman later played a key role in Tottenham’s run to the Champions League final in 2019 and earned 37 caps for England, including appearances at the 2018 World Cup.
But a string of injuries, loss of form and off-field struggles derailed his rise.
His spell at Everton yielded little, and a loan move to Turkish side Besiktas in 2022 also ended without success after a serious groin injury sidelined him for almost a year.
