Fox News’ “The Five” liberal host Jessica Tarlov admitted that immigration is definitely a win for Republicans and a loss for Democrats, as she pointed to how the GOP absolutely moved the needle in the 2024 election after red state governors decided to bus illegal aliens into northern blue states.
In a recently resurfaced clip on X, Tarlov sat down with Katie Couric on her podcast “Next Question with Katie Couric.” The two discussed the results of the 2024 election after President Donald Trump’s victory.
Tarlov emphasized that the Democratic Party was caught off guard by the events that unfolded across the nation. In 2023, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis initiated a controversial move, sending buses filled with undocumented immigrants to cities like New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. This tactic brought the immigration debate to the forefront in regions beyond the southern border and Republican strongholds.
