HGTV is set to captivate fans of Bachelor Nation, albeit briefly, with an exciting new venture spanning six episodes.

Introducing Bachelor Mansion Takeover, a fresh competition show hosted by Bachelor frontman Jesse Palmer. This series will see 12 former contestants from the cherished ABC dating saga exchanging roses and formal wear for paintbrushes and overalls in weekly elimination challenges as they embark on a dramatic transformation of the renowned Bachelor Mansion.

Among the participants are Dean Bell, Jill Chin, Noah Erb, Allyshia Gupta, Tammy Ly, Sandra Mason, Sam McKinney, Brendan Morais, Courtney Robertson Preciado, Jeremy Simon, Christopher Stallworth, and Joan Vassos.

Judging the competition will be fellow Bachelor alumni Tayshia Adams, known from The Bachelor Season 23, Bachelor in Paradise Season 6, and The Bachelorette Season 16, alongside Tyler Cameron from The Bachelorette Season 15. Each episode will also feature a special guest judge.

The winner stands to gain not only bragging rights but also a substantial $100,000 cash prize, as announced in the network’s press release. Although the specific premiere date remains under wraps, the series is slated to air in 2026.

“When we learned the Bachelor Mansion needed a serious makeover, we knew only HGTV could give the iconic property a renovation worthy of the name,” said Howard Lee, Chief Creative Officer, US Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery. “We’re welcoming fan favorites and memorable cast members from throughout Bachelor history to the HGTV family and can’t wait to see what they get up to in this first of its kind competition for the network.”

This isn’t Palmer’s first partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, who owns HGTV. He has also hosted several Food Network specials, including Spring Baking Championship and Holiday Baking Championship, the latter of which returns for Season 12 on Nov. 3. Palmer can currently be seen hosting Season 2 of The Golden Bachelor, led by 66-year-old Mel Owens.

People was the first to report the news of the new series.
