CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office has brought charges against two juveniles in connection with an assault on a 5-year-old child.

The prosecutor’s office reported that the incident took place last month in a field located near East 148th Street and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland.
