In a startling revelation that has left many in disbelief, a fan attending a live show of Katie Price has revealed their shock over the former glamour model’s allegations against a well-known television presenter. Katie Price, now 47, has reportedly accused the presenter of raping her several decades ago, a claim she made during her live performances with Kerry Katona in cities such as Bradford, Grimsby, and Stockport.
During the Grimsby show, the atmosphere reportedly shifted dramatically when Katie made her accusation, leaving the audience in stunned silence. An attendee shared with The Sun, “The revelation left everyone in shock. There was a palpable sense of sympathy for her situation, as it resonated deeply with those who have faced similar traumatic experiences. The name she mentioned is widely recognized, which only added to the gravity of the moment.”
The fan also observed that Katie appeared to be under significant stress, noting, “She looked incredibly frail and almost doll-like, which suggested she was dealing with a lot of pressure.” In her speech, Katie further expressed that her past relationships were characterized by partners who were jealous, controlling, and exhibited narcissistic behaviors.
Katie, a mother of five, had previously vowed to keep the identity of her alleged attacker private. However, after years of contemplation, she decided it was necessary to speak out earlier this week.
Back in 2009, Katie first brought the alleged assaults to light in her column for OK! magazine, where she shared that she had been raped multiple times in her youth. She wrote candidly, “Rape is an issue very close to my heart. I experienced it more than once when I was younger, and I could never associate myself with anything or anyone that vile.”
“I’ve never talked about this before, but I feel I have to now because I was so hurt by these accusations that I would not take a subject, which affects so many women, seriously.”
Katie bravely opened up in 2022 that she was raped another time during a horrific carjacking in South Africa while filming My Crazy Life.
She said she was thrown out of her vehicle by the attackers who stole passports, cash, jewellery and laptops. They were never apprehended.
The incident left Katie with severe PTSD and depression, which led to a suicide attempt and subsequent trauma therapy.
“I have had my eyes opened about a lot,” she explained in an interview with the Daily Mail about the ordeal.
