Bayern Munich, in collaboration with adidas, has launched its annual Oktoberfest kit, with this year’s design being hailed as the most genuine tribute to Bavarian culture yet.

This release marks the 190th celebration of the Oktoberfest beer festival, an event that traces its roots back to 1810 when Bavaria’s Crown Prince Ludwig married Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.

For 2025, the kit artfully combines the rich history of football with the traditional craftsmanship of the Alpine region.

The jersey features a light beige base, reminiscent of the traditional Tracht attire worn during the festivities, complemented by deep green accents that reflect the classic hues of Bavarian clothing. Intricate textures inspired by Lederhosen and detailed jacquard patterns enhance the design, fully embracing the spirit of Oktoberfest.

Completing the look is a revamped club crest in Bavarian-style lettering, alongside the comeback of the iconic adidas Trefoil logo, creating a fusion of retro and traditional elements.

The kit is completed with black shorts and socks featuring green trims, while a wider collection adds a cap, training top, button-down tracksuit jacket, and matching pants, all styled in grey with subtle green accents.

Bayern will debut the kit in their home clash against Werder Bremen on September 26.

As always, the Oktoberfest drop comes in limited supply, but this year’s highlight is a special collector’s edition box containing the full kit (jersey, shorts, socks). Fittingly, only 1,900 boxes are available worldwide.
