Live at Georgia-Carolina State Fair: Thursday is Coca-Cola night for $7 admission

AUGUSTA, Ga. () – NewsChannel 6’s Brad Means is on location with a live update from the Georgia-Carolina State Fair, situated on Hale Street in Augusta, on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Positioned at the intersection of 4th and Hale Street, the gates will swing open at 5 p.m. tonight, welcoming visitors until 11 p.m.

Thursday offers a special Coca-Cola Night promotion! Visitors who bring an empty can of Sprite, Diet Coke, or Coke Zero can enjoy fair admission for just $7. These cans will be recycled, with proceeds aiding the Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation.

Regular entry is priced at $10, while children aged 5 and under can enter for free. For $30, attendees can enjoy unlimited rides. It’s important to note that anyone aged 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Military personnel, whether active or retired, can gain complimentary admission and parking with their ID throughout the duration of the fair.

This year proudly marks the 101st occasion of the Augusta Exchange Club hosting this beloved event.

The event lasts until Oct. 26th.
