The excitement of Week 8 kicks off with Thursday Night Football at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, where the Chargers prepare to take on the Minnesota Vikings.

Both the Chargers (4-3) and Vikings are eager to move past their Week 7 disappointments. Justin Herbert’s squad recently succumbed to the unexpectedly formidable Indianapolis Colts. Daniel Jones showcased his prowess with 288 passing yards and two touchdowns, while Jonathan Taylor bolstered his MVP bid with three rushing touchdowns, propelling Indy to a 38-24 triumph.

Meanwhile, the Vikings couldn’t crack the code against the Philadelphia Eagles, resulting in a 28-22 setback, bringing their record to 3-3. Despite Jordan Addison’s impressive 128 receiving yards, Carson Wentz was intercepted twice facing his former team. Philadelphia’s electric duo, DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown, tallied 13 catches, 304 yards, and three touchdowns between them. Jalen Hurts enjoyed a stellar performance against Minnesota’s defense, throwing for 326 yards and three touchdowns. The question lingers: will Justin Herbert replicate this feat, or will the Vikings rebound on TNF? Let’s find out.
