On Saturday night, a shooting incident unfolded at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, leaving several individuals injured, as reported by authorities.
The Chester County District Attorney’s Office shared with Fox News Digital that there were “multiple victims,” though they did not disclose the exact number of those injured or deceased.
According to officials from the Oxford Borough Police Department, as reported by FOX 29 Philadelphia, at least four individuals sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
“Law enforcement has arrived at the scene and is conducting an active investigation,” stated the DA’s office. “We urge the public to steer clear of the area for the time being.”
The Oxford Borough police also mentioned that no suspects have been apprehended, and there was no ongoing shooting threat at the moment, as per the news outlet.

Lincoln University is a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
The school celebrated its homecoming this weekend, with the main football game at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Lincoln University is located about 45 miles southwest of Philadelphia and about 25 miles west of Wilmington, Deleware.
The City of Chester, Chester County, Chester County Police Department, Chester County Sheriff’s Office and Lincoln University did not immediately respond to inquiries from Fox News Digital.
