DAYTON, Ohio – A somber air hangs over Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as officials have released a statement regarding the ongoing investigation into a tragic incident involving a double murder-suicide among three base employees.

The base confirmed that both the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) are diligently working to uncover the details surrounding the deaths. The tragic events unfolded between the night of Friday, October 24, and the morning of Saturday, October 25.
