Kathy Griffin was all smiles in New York City on Tuesday, proudly showcasing the results of her third facelift.

The 64-year-old comedian, who recently dazzled at a book event in September, was in the city to promote her upcoming tour, “New Face, New Tour.”

Before hitting the stage in Las Vegas on November 8, Kathy made a stop at The Sherri Shepherd Show to discuss her new venture.

Griffin has openly shared her experiences with multiple facelifts, with her latest procedure taking place earlier this year.

In a recent conversation, she candidly spoke about the ‘painful’ journey that ultimately left her with a revitalized appearance.

‘It’s painful, and when people say it isn’t, they’re lying,’ she confessed to Entertainment Tonight earlier this month.

She added, ‘They yanked my face. I said, “Give me a good yank.” I said, “Doctor, I don’t want to see you in six months. Get in there and start pulling, yanking.”‘

And pressed about whether she’s satisfied with how her cosmetic surgery turned out, she answered honestly: ‘I kind of am. I know, I’m shallow.’

Kathy also noted that she had liposuction on her thighs and had the body fat injected into her face.

‘I think it’s so funny, some of these folks, men and women, who obviously had work done — they say “I went to a spa for a week,” or they come up with some excuse,’ she mused.

The showbiz veteran unapologetically said about her new look, ‘I have a new face, you can tell I look different than I did before.’

Kathy looked great as she modeled two different looks while out and about this week.

She turned heads in a bright blue ankle-length smock dress with satin trim, adding black flats.

Another one of her eye-catching looks was a patterned navy and white wrap dress she teamed with another pair of black shoes, Mary Jane-inspired flats she wore with black socks.

Her signature shoulder-length auburn locks were arranged in fluffy curls with facelift-framing bangs.

And her taut visage was aglow in flawlessly applied makeup with mauve-toned accents dusted on her cheeks and eyelids.

Kathy started promoting her tour in July, announcing the update via an Instagram post shared with her 807,000 followers.

Uploading the poster, she captioned, ‘Just when you thought I was done… I come back better than ever in classic Griffin fashion! 

‘I’m happy to announce two new upcoming shows this November. Find me in the glamorous Las Vegas on November 8th and Anaheim on November 22nd.’
