An Oklahoma schoolteacher tragically passed away after what her family describes as a devastating incident involving a margarita laced with industrial cleaner at a restaurant in 2023.

Holly Hill, a mother of three, succumbed to her injuries this month, over two years following the incident at Hacienda Las Margaritas Bar & Grill in Elgin, Oklahoma. Her mother, Kelly Hunter, shared with KWTV, a local news station, that Hill endured chemical burns from the tainted drink.
