Michael Strahan is radiating pride as a devoted #GirlDad.

On Tuesday, October 28, the Good Morning America co-host marked a major milestone for his twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, who reached their 21st birthdays. He commemorated the occasion with a heartfelt Instagram carousel post.

The initial image captured Strahan beaming as he embraced both daughters, followed by individual portraits with each of the twins.

“Can someone explain how these two are already 21?! Where did the time go?” the 53-year-old remarked in the caption. “Happy birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! My love for you surpasses what an Instagram post can express! LOL.”

The former NFL star shares Isabella and Sophia with his ex-wife, Jean Muggli, and is also the father of Tanita and Michael Jr., from his first marriage to Wanda Hutchins. Although he prefers to keep his family life under wraps, the morning show host consistently expresses how fatherhood fills him with joy.

“My kids give me strength,” he told People Magazine 2016. “I love being with the kids. To me, it’s all about family, now more than anything.”

Even when football is in the spotlight, the dedicated father’s focus is family. During Super Bowl week earlier this year, he shared what really drew his daughters to the big game.

“They’re kind of into football, but not,” he admitted with a laugh. “They’re coming to hang out for the free dinners and stuff [that] I’m going to pay for and a few of the parties. They’ll go to the game and whoever wins, they’ll be happy.”

He added, “I’m just happy that they’re here. We’re gonna have some fun, hanging out with the family and enjoy the festivity.”

The GMA host has also shown remarkable strength while standing by his daughter Isabella through her battle with medulloblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. After enduring multiple surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy, Isabella is now cancer-free.

Strahan called her resilience inspiring. “She was thin and tired and bald and all the things you hate to see your kid go through,” he told People Magazine. “Her spirit was there. One of the things she said, probably the hardest thing I had to hear was, ‘Dad I’ll do whatever. I want to live.’”

“I knew she wouldn’t quit,” he continued. “She was going to fight — and she did.”
