PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Demonstrators continue to gather outside the ICE facility in South Portland, and recent actions have led to the arrest of three individuals on Saturday night. According to police reports, one individual faces a harassment charge, while two others have been charged with disorderly conduct.
Portland police stated that two men, both from New Jersey, were apprehended after they repeatedly disregarded warnings to stay off the road on South Bancroft Street and return to the sidewalk.
