Taylor Frankie Paul, who gained fame as the lead in The Secret Loves of Mormon Wives, is about to embark on a new reality TV adventure as the latest Bachelorette—a groundbreaking choice for the popular franchise.
The well-known influencer and devoted mother of three has candidly shared her heartfelt quest for love. Now, fans have eagerly awaited the release of more information about the upcoming debut of her season.
This week, ABC made an official announcement regarding the premiere date for Taylor’s much-anticipated season. Viewers can mark their calendars for the premiere, set to air on Sunday, March 22nd, at 8 PM ET/PT. In a shift from tradition, new episodes will continue to air on Sundays rather than the customary Mondays. Host Jesse Palmer is also set to return, bringing his charm and expertise back to the show’s helm.
Taylor’s Season Will Premiere In Early 2026
This past week, network ABC officially announced the premiere date for Taylor’s season. The first episode will air on Sunday, March 22nd at 8PM ET/PT. In keeping with recent seasons of the show, new episodes will come out on Sundays instead of Mondays. Host Jesse Palmer will also be back for his role at the center of the show.
When Taylor’s casting was announced, she played into fans’ shock, joking on her Instagram that she, too, was surprised:
To those of you asking that question [why me] trust me, I was right along there with you. All I can say is that I am beyond grateful for this opportunity. I think everything happens for a reason. I am someone who can handle criticism and backlash, trust me. If anyone can handle it, I’m one of them.
“We are human, we make mistakes, and how we move forward is what really matters. And there is no timeline on that either, like, have I made lots of mistakes since? Yes. Am I going to make future mistakes? Yes,” she added.
Taylor Has Teased What Her Type Is
While Taylor is trying to keep an open mind about her future dates, she has already described what qualities her ideal man has. In additional to being somewhat spiritual (though not necessarily Mormon), Taylor said she needed someone kind.
Per a conversation with Extra, Taylor noted that seeing how her dates treated others while filming would be a huge indicator for her:
How they treat other people is so important to me… How they treat even, like, cast, production or anything around people is very telling of a person. So, not just me, but how are you treating others around us?
Beyond that, Taylor has resolved not to be too picky, noting that she’d be open to all types of men, including dads. Only time will tell if her future husband is on the season.
