TV star Bill Goldsmith announces tragic death of baby daughter in heartbroken statement

Bill Goldsmith, a familiar face from The Bachelorette, has shared the heart-wrenching news of his daughter’s stillbirth. Alongside his partner Isabelle Eisermann, Goldsmith took to Instagram on Monday evening to express their grief through a series of poignant black and white photographs. The couple revealed that they are still grappling with the loss of their daughter, Olive May Goldsmith, who was born sleeping on October 31st at 4:14 am, after 27 weeks. Despite facing numerous challenges, Olive displayed remarkable resilience, continuing to amaze medical professionals until she could fight no more.

In their heartfelt message, they expressed, “We have never experienced love or pain quite like this. The moment we heard, ‘I’m sorry, there is no heartbeat,’ will remain with us forever.”

They continued, “We spent every moment with her, embracing her, covering her with kisses, dressing her, reading and singing to her. We even took her outside, constantly reminding her of her perfection and the depth of our love.”

They shared the immense difficulty of leaving Olive, saying, “No parent should face the agony of saying goodbye to their child or leaving a hospital without them.”

Concluding their tribute, they wrote, “We love you more than words can express, Olive. You were our little warrior, and your strength supported us through this unimaginable heartbreak.”

Responding to the sad news, one person wrote in the comments: “Oh my heart. I am so sorry. Such perfection you are little Olive. Sending all the love and courage in the world. Absolutely heartbreaking.”

A second also chimed in: “Our most perfect darling angel Olive. I love you three beyond words, Aunty Trini will miss and love her forever and ever.”

A third also said: “Our dearest sweet Olive, how beautiful you are. Izz and Bill, you have been the strongest most devoted parents. We love you all so much xx.”

Goldsmith shot to fame on The Bachelorette in 2018 as an early frontrunner.
