Stefon Diggs, known for his prowess on the NFL field and as Cardi B’s boyfriend, has been officially confirmed as the father of Instagram influencer Aileen Lopera’s child, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

Aileen Lopera’s legal representative, Tamar Arminak, informed Page Six on Wednesday, stating, “Paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is indeed the father.” Arminak expressed hope for a collaborative parenting effort, adding, “With paternity established and Mr. Diggs acknowledging his daughter, my client is optimistic about working together toward effective co-parenting.”

Although the paternity question has been resolved, Lopera’s attorney indicated that the legal case remains open and may proceed if the parties cannot independently reach an agreement.

Stefon Diggs’ legal team has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for commentary. The US Sun was the first to break the story.

Lopera, who is also a Fashion Nova ambassador, initially filed a paternity suit against Diggs, now 31, back in December 2024.

At the time of her filing, Lopera petitioned the court for legal and physical custody of the child and Diggs only be given visitation rights. She also requested that the Patriots star pay for all of her pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as her attorney’s fees.

The model went on to welcome the baby girl in April.

In July, Diggs responded to Lopera’s paternity suit by requesting a genetic test to establish his fatherhood of Lopera’s baby, saying he was “not certain” of the paternity.

If the results proved his parentage, Diggs requested to have joint legal and joint physical custody of Charliee, as well as splitting the pregnancy and birth expenses and lawyer’s fees.

Diggs has since moved on with rapper Cardi B, who is currently pregnant with their first child.

The “I Like It” hitmaker announced her fourth pregnancy in September during her “CBS Mornings” interview.

“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she revealed to Gayle King after months of speculation.

“I’m excited. I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”

Cardi, 33, shares three children, Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 1, with her estranged husband, Offset.

Diggs is also dad to 9-year-old daughter, Nova, whom he allegedly welcomed with ex Tyler-Marie in October 2016.
