An actress from the iconic ’90s film, “Three Men and a Baby,” was spotted relishing the autumn weather in Los Angeles this past Saturday.

This 64-year-old actress, who played the mother of the film’s central baby alongside Tom Selleck in the 1987 hit and its 1990 follow-up, “Three Men And A Little Lady,” has had a flourishing career.

Her continued success is evident with roles in various films such as “So I Married an Axe Murderer,” “Married To The Mob,” “Internal Affairs,” “The Vanishing,” “Greedy,” and the Blake Lively-starring “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,” among others.

Not limited to the big screen, her talent has shone through on television as well. She featured as Tim Allen’s character’s wife in “Last Man Standing” and appeared alongside Michael Douglas in “The Kominsky Method.”

Her journey in entertainment began on the off-Broadway stage before she transitioned to a successful on-screen career.

If you guessed Nancy Travis, you were correct!

Travis was spotted going for a walk in a Los Angeles neighborhood, enjoying the company of her two dogs.

Travis isn’t just a doting dog mom, but she also has sons Benjamin E. and Jeremy with her husband, producer Robert N. Fried.

Fried was one of the producers of her film So I Married an Axe Murderer, and they wed in 1994, a year after their film was released.

This girl-next-door actress was in Three Men And A Baby in 1987 with Selleck as well as Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg, putting her on the map.

Next came 1988’s Married To The Mob with Pfeiffer.

That same year she was in the hit baseball movie Eight Men Out with John Cusack as well as I’ll be Home For Christmas with Hal Holbrook.

In the 1990s she had hit after hit.

Then she had a larger role in Internal Affairs – also in 1990 – as Kathleen ‘Kathy’ Avilla opposite hunk of the era, Richard Gere.

Also in 1990 she was in Air America with Downey again as well as Mel Gibson. And she also appeared in Three Men and a Little Lady.

In 1992 she starred in Passed Away as Cassie Slocombe.

She had a meaty role as Joan Barry with Downey again in the 1992 classic film Chaplin which earned Oscar attention.

In 1993 she played Rita Baker in The Vanishing that starred Jeff Bridges and Kiefer Sutherland.

And in 1993 she was the star of So I Married an Axe Murderer with Mike Myers.

She has worked consistently since.

In 1995, Travis moved to TV with the sitcom Almost Perfect.

And then there was the Lifetime romantic drama film, My Last Love in 1999

In 2002, Travis had the leading role of psychology professor Dr. Joyce Reardon in four-hour television adaptation of Stephen King’s Rose Red.

She then went back to movies: she starred in the 2005 film The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants with Blake Lively.

And in 2007 she was seen in The Jane Austen Book Club adapted from the 2004 novel of the same name.

In 2009 she starred in the Hallmark Channel film Safe Harbor, about a happily married couple.

She then was a guest star in two episodes of Desperate Housewives.

Next came roles on Grey’s Anatomy and How I Met Your Mother.

Last Man Standing was canceled in 2017, after six seasons and 130 episodes, but was revived by Fox in the fall of 2018 before it officially ended in 2021.

From 2017 to 2018, Travis played Brendan Gleeson’s ex-wife in the crime thriller series Mr. Mercedes.

In 2018, Travis starred opposite Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin in the series The Kominsky Method.
