Charlie Sheen has reconnected with his former flame from the 1980s, Dolly Fox, following revelations about their past relationship in his recent memoir, “The Book of Sheen.”

Insiders revealed to Page Six that the two have developed a close friendship again after the book’s release.

While this renewed connection hasn’t sparked a romantic reunion, sources explain that Sheen finds solace in the friendship. “He’s able to be completely himself around her, and he trusts her entirely because she’s the only person in four decades who hasn’t let him down,” they shared.

The pair was spotted together over the weekend at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, where Sheen delivered his “Alive On Stage” performance.

Fox was also integrated into the evening’s entertainment, participating in the audience Q&A session.

When Fox asked if he saw himself going back to more serious roles after conquering comedy, Sheen replied he wants to do a little bit of both before flipping the question to her.

“What would you like to see me do? Don’t say you’d like to see me in your hotel room later,” he said.

A blushing Fox replied, “We’ve done that.”

“And we did it so well,” Sheen shot back.

Sheen introduced Fox to the crowd as “Dolly from the book.”

(It’s unclear if he went into Fox’s funny Bill Clinton connection from the tome, but he did tell the crowd his “very special” friend “lives up to both sides of her name.”)

Meanwhile, Fox described Sheen as her “first love” and told us, “it’s so great to see Charlie back to being the human being I fell in love with.”

“That was my first love, and to see him so strong, and really focused… and most of all, being kind to himself. He was so self-destructive, and it was hard to watch,” Fox added.

Fox posted a photo of the pair from the evening on social media, and added the song, “Wild Thing,” a nod to Sheen’s “Major League” character.

She captioned the pic: “Caught in the act of being friends for life.”

Sheen replied, “1987 never looked better!”
