Authorities in Kentucky continue their search for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing for a month.
Wynter Wagoner was last seen around the area of Orlando in Rockcastle County on October 14. According to her aunt, speaking to LEX, the teenager, who was under foster care, had recently been transferred to an alternative school just two days before she disappeared.
“She was experiencing some issues at school, particularly in recent months,” the aunt explained.
The connection, if any, between the school change and Wynter’s disappearance remains uncertain, and authorities have not determined whether foul play might be involved.
As reported by WDKY, Wynter had been living in foster care for approximately a year prior to her disappearance. On October 22, the Rockcastle County police shared that the FBI has joined the effort to locate Wagoner, signaling the ongoing and intensified search.
Wagoner was described as standing 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 147 pounds. She has long, brown hair, blue eyes, and piercings in her ears and right nostril.
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to Wagoner. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call
