Danny DeVito is absolutely smitten with his grandchildren.

In a recent exclusive with Page Six, DeVito shared, “I’m a very devoted grandpa. Sometimes I have to stop myself from hopping in the car and driving over to see them, you know what I mean?”

The beloved “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” actor, now 80, is fortunate to have his two grandchildren living close by.

He explained, “My daughter Gracie is the mother of Sinclair, who’s two-and-a-half, and Lucy is Carmine’s mom, and he’s 15 months old.”

DeVito added, “It’s fantastic that I’m just a 15-minute drive away from them. I often find myself needing to see them, so I hop in the car, give them a call, and ask, ‘What’s going on tonight? Can Pop Pop swing by for some pasta?'”

DeVito bragged that he’s making his grandkids “real Italians.”

“They’re going to talk like, ‘Wanna cup of cawfee?’ It’s going to be all that!” he joked.

The “Matilda” star shares his children — Lucy, 42, Gracie, 40, and Jake, 38 — with estranged wife Rhea Perlman.

The couple separated in 2017 but have never divorced and remain good friends.

During a 2019 “WWHL” appearance, the “Cheers” alum, 77, explained their decision not to make their split legal.

“Danny and I have always loved each other and we have three amazing children together and we really agree on almost everything important and so, you know, we were together for 40 years,” she explained.

Meanwhile, DeVito is repping for his home state next week.

The proud New Jersey native will once again serve as the host of the 17th Annual New Jersey Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Nov. 21, when he’ll help celebrate Jon Bon Jovi’s wife, Dorothea Bongiovi, educator Drury Thorp and physicist Shirley Ann Jackson.

DeVito, who hails from Neptune, praised people from the Garden State for having “spirit.”

“We’ve got hope, we’ve got love, we’re genuinely, like, part of the human race,” he said.

The “Taxi” alum added that New Jerseyians always keep it real, noting that his favorite Jersey expression is, “You gotta problem with that?”

“You get the lowdown from the Jersey people,” he explained. “They’ll tell you whether they like it or not.”
