SAVANNAH, Ga. — Residents can expect another day of above-average temperatures, with plenty of sunshine complemented by a gentle breeze. Today’s highs are projected to reach the upper 70s to lower 80s, though humidity will remain comfortably low given the time of year. It’s an ideal afternoon for outdoor activities.

A dry cold front is on the move and will pass through later today. While it won’t bring any rain, it may introduce a few clouds and lead to cooler weather as we head into Monday. Tomorrow, temperatures are expected to dip back into the upper 60s to lower 70s, aligning with seasonal norms. Despite the slight drop, the sun will continue to shine.

This temporary cool-down will be short-lived. By Tuesday, temperatures will start to rise again, reaching the mid-70s, and by Wednesday and Thursday, they are forecasted to climb back into the upper 70s to lower 80s under mostly sunny skies.

Looking ahead to Friday, another cold front is set to arrive, though it is anticipated to be weak. As a result, the warmth will persist with temperatures remaining in the upper 70s to lower 80s through Friday and into Saturday. There’s a slight chance of a few isolated showers with this front.

Rain is certainly needed in the region, as many areas are currently facing moderate dryness, with some spots experiencing severe to extreme drought conditions.
