The couple involved in the widely publicized Coldplay kisscam incident have discreetly sold their Manhattan residence for $5.8 million.

Andy Byron, a 51-year-old CEO of a tech company specializing in astronomy, was recorded during a Boston concert in Massachusetts sharing an intimate moment with his 53-year-old HR manager, Kristin Cabot, who is married. This incident occurred in July and drew significant attention.

Following the controversy, Byron stepped down from his role at the company. Now, four months later, he and his wife, Megan, have sold their extravagant four-bedroom apartment located in the Tribeca neighborhood.

The luxurious full-floor condominium featured four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a spacious, open-concept kitchen.

Additionally, the apartment included a wine refrigerator, and the master suite was outfitted with a walk-in closet.

The couple had purchased the property just three years ago from the building’s developer for $5.4million.

The new owners, who are corporate lawyers according to Crain’s, signed the purchase contract in mid-September, and the deal was closed by early November.

The deed of sale appeared in the Department of Finance records for New York City on Tuesday.

The apartment was never publicly listed for sale, and according to the deed, Andy and Megan are still married.

Currently, they are living in Massachusetts, according to the filing.

Megan, 50, switched to her maiden name Kerrigan on social media and fled the marital home in Northborough, Massachusetts.

In late September, the couple were spotted for the first time in months on relaxed outings together near their coastal hideaway in Maine – and notably still wearing their wedding bands.

The pair appeared quietly content during a cozy sunset picnic at the beach, seated on deck chairs with sweaters warming their knees against the sea breeze as they enjoyed sodas and treats.

Around the same time, a source close to Kristin Cabot insisted there was ‘no affair’ between her and Byron and that the only ‘inappropriate’ thing that occurred was their hug.

The unnamed source told People magazine: ‘Kristin and Andy [Byron] had an excellent working relationship, a great friendship. There was no affair.’

The source insisted that while she accepted ‘full responsibility’ for the ‘inappropriate’ embrace between her and her then-boss; the loss of her job and public shaming as a ‘homewrecker’ had been ‘unfair.’

A source close to Cabot claimed to the Times that Byron was separated and living apart from his wife at the time.

The source also revealed that Cabot’s husband Andrew Cabot, 61, the chief executive of Privateer Rum, was at the same Coldplay concert on a date with a woman who is now his girlfriend.

The source said the Cabots, whose marital home is in Rye, New Hampshire, had been amicably ‘separated and living apart for several weeks’ before the concert.

It was previously reported that Andrew Cabot – a member of the elite Cabot family with a fortune believed to be $15billion – said he was in Japan at the time of the concert.

A spokeswoman for the businessman confirmed the pair were ‘privately and amicably separated several weeks before the Coldplay concert’ and ‘their decision to was already underway prior to that evening.’

The spokeswoman said no further public comment would be made.

On August 13, Kristin Cabot filed for divorce from her estranged husband at a court in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but the former couple asked for the records to be kept private.
