With Prime Video wrapping up the second season of Hazbin Hotel, nearly two years after the debut of Season 1, fans are eagerly anticipating what lies ahead for Charlie Morningstar and her ambitious mission to rehabilitate demons through her unique hotel concept.

The second season of this adult animated musical comedy, brainchild of Vivienne Medrano, launched on October 29, featuring eight episodes. Although it has found a home on a major streaming platform, Hazbin Hotel originated from a single YouTube video that has amassed 119 million views over six years. This overwhelming response transformed the pilot into a full-fledged series, and now, viewers are immersed in its second installment.

This season presents Charlie grappling with the hotel’s mission while safeguarding her reputation. Meanwhile, the Vees, under Vox’s leadership, concoct a scheme to seize control of Heaven, positioning themselves at the pinnacle. Concurrently, Heaven’s angels must confront the aftermath of Sir Pentious’s redemption and their prior misdeeds against Hell, as outlined in Amazon’s official synopsis.

Will There Be a Season 3 of Hazbin Hotel?

Exciting news for fans came through an interview with Collider, where Medrano confirmed not only a third season but also a fourth. She hinted at the central theme of Season 3, suggesting it will revolve around family dynamics.

“Someone suggested that the next season might focus on family, and I think that’s a good bet,” Medrano shared with Collider. “Naturally, it will explore the Morningstars, who are indeed family. It will also delve into Angel and the concept of a found family, perhaps revealing aspects of his past.”

And great news for impatient people! Medrano also admitted that the wait for season 4 won’t be as long as season 3 because they were “greenlit together”
