Two people taken into custody in Livingston Co. on drug charges

In Livingston County, Illinois, the Pro-Active Unit of the Sheriff’s Department apprehended two individuals on drug-related charges this past Wednesday.

Authorities reported that Toni Kelly, hailing from Rossville, and Bryce McDaniel, of Fithian, were arrested at around 5 p.m. in a rural area near Chenoa.
