Just hours before Robert Irwin claimed victory on “Dancing With the Stars,” he shared a touching moment with Xochitl Gomez.

Prior to the Season 34 finale on Tuesday evening, Gomez was seen on set, presenting Irwin with a bouquet of flowers as a gesture of support.

Gomez, exuding elegance in a long black strapless dress adorned with gold buttons and a unique detached collar, appeared delighted as she chatted with the wildlife enthusiast outside his trailer.

Irwin, dressed in his first costume of the evening—a dazzling black button-up shirt paired with matching embellished pants—engaged in lively conversation with Gomez.

Their interaction, filled with smiles and laughter, quickly sparked fan theories about a possible romantic connection between the two.

A source told Page Six that Irwin, 21, and Gomez, 19, have been enjoying each other’s company since connecting through the dance competition show.

It’s unclear, however, whether they’re anything more than just close friends.

“Xochitl is the sweetest person,” the source said, adding, “They are having a lot of fun. They’re both extroverts with a lot of energy.”

Despite fans of the show “shipping” them online, Gomez confirmed she was “single” on the show’s TikTok livestream moments before the finale, according to People.

The livestream was co-hosted by “DWTS” pros Jan Ravnik and Brandon Armstrong, who asked Gomez point-blank if she was single.

“Yes, I am,” the actress confirmed, laughing. “Yes, yes, I am.”

Reps for Irwin and Gomez did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Meanwhile, another insider expressed how happy “everyone” is for Irwin and his dance partner, Witney Carson, after their exciting win.

“Everyone around Robert is so happy he won the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy,” the source gushed. “You can tell he was well-liked on set amongst the cast and crew.”

Robert was in Los Angeles Tuesday night for the finale and flew to New York City overnight for an early “Good Morning America” appearance on Wednesday.

We’re told he is heading to Africa and will be back in his native Australia by Thursday.

Gomez gushed over Irwin and Carson’s victory in a video of the winning moment shared via her Instagram Story. 

“I’m so incredibly proud of you two! What a season!❤️✨,” the “Marvel” star captioned the post. 

Fans started speculating about a possible romance between the two after Gomez — who won Season 32 of the dance competition series — returned to the ballroom for the series’ 20th anniversary episode.

She and Irwin lit up the dance floor with an exciting routine at the time. 

The duo performed an energetic jive to “Dance With Me Tonight” by Olly Murs — winning the dance relay against Alix Earle and former “DWTS” champion Joey Graziadei. 

Last month, Irwin exclusively spoke with Page Six about his dating life, addressing the influx of messages he’s received from fans and potential suitors on his quest to find an “American girl.”

“Oh my goodness, the DMs,” Irwin said, laughing. “First of all, it just means so, so much. But, yeah, I’m on the lookout and it’ll happen when it happens … keep it coming!”

He’s not the only one catching extra attention from viewers. Both his pro dance partner and his sister, former “DWTS” champion Bindi Irwin, have also been flooded with messages from girls since the show aired — asking them to connect them to Robert.

“We are so busy right now, girls, OK?” Carson joked. “We’re trying to win a Mirrorball. So, settle down! Maybe don’t email me a hundred times a day.”

Robert secured the coveted trophy 10 years after Bindi, 27, won the Season 21 championship with her dance partner, Derek Hough. She was in the ballroom Tuesday night to celebrate her bro’s big win.
