Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet’s romance gets subtle nod on ‘The Kardashians’ after rumored split

The latest episode of “The Kardashians” on Hulu offered a discreet nod to Kylie Jenner’s secretive relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet.

During a segment filmed for a “Freakier Friday” promo with her mother Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian expressed her desire to swap lives with her sister. “I think I would ‘Freaky Friday’ with Kylie,” she remarked. “And I would do that because, hello, it’s Kylie Jenner. We have cool friends, we have fun animals, we live in a fairytale.”

Khloe, who has previously been involved with NBA players Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom, added with a hint of humor, “We’re not dating basketball players. We’re going to the games courtside, baby!”

Kylie, 28, has been spotted multiple times enjoying the courtside seats with Chalamet as they support his favorite NBA team, the New York Knicks.

This subtle reference to Jenner’s love life surfaces in the wake of rumors suggesting the pair might have quietly parted ways earlier this month.

Fans began speculating the pair were done after Chalamet, 29, was notably absent from Kris’ star-studded 70th birthday party.

A source later shared that the “Dune” actor was missing from the function because he’s currently busy “filming two huge projects.”

Kylie later shut down the rumors hours after they were first reported by “liking” an Instagram video posted by Chalamet.

“MARTY SUUUUUUUUUPREME,” Chalamet captioned his video, which was a promotional post for his forthcoming film, “Marty Supreme.”

Just last week, it was reported that the couple is spending Thanksgiving together amid Chalamet’s busy schedule.

“Kylie’s very excited that he’s been back in L.A.,” a source told People of Chalamet last Friday. “She’s happy to have some special time with him before he returns to filming.”

The insider added that the “Call Me By Your Name” actor will be “celebrating with her family next week in L.A., but he’s also spending time with his family before he has to return to the ‘Dune’ set.”

“He started filming in Budapest, in July, and they’ve seen each other as much as they can. Kylie’s been flying back and forth every few weeks,” the source continued.

“Despite the distance, they’ve stayed close. They’ve been making it work.”
