Kim Kardashian’s patience has its limits.
The reality TV star and mother of four, who co-parents her children with ex-husband Kanye West, openly admits that their challenging co-parenting relationship sometimes makes her feel on the verge of “snapping.”
In a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Kardashian, 45, opened up about her struggles during a conversation with her former brother-in-law, Scott Disick, while they were in a car.
“I’m really sorry for everything you’re dealing with. It looks like a lot to handle,” remarked Disick, who has three children with Kardashian’s sister, Kourtney.
“I notice things online, and it’s overwhelming,” he added, to which Kim agreed, admitting that the situation is indeed “hard.”
She told Disick, 42, about how “frustrating” it is when West calls into question her “character as a mom,” revealing, “Sometimes I just feel like snapping, but I can’t. I just can’t.”
Kim also claimed that the controversial rapper, 48, “never once called” despite her efforts to “encourage a relationship, but a healthy one,” between him and their brood.
In a later confessional, an off-camera producer noted that Kim’s “ex is very loud out there,” to which she responded, “I just can’t really engage. I think it’s just for the better.”
She went on to stress that her “only focus and job” is to be “strong” for daughters North, 12, and Chicago, 7, as well as sons Saint, 9, and Psalm, 6.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum made similar comments during an appearance on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast last month.
When host Cooper, 31, asked her guest about the last time West saw their children, she replied, “Hmm. Whenever he’ll call them and ask. It’s probably been a couple months since we’ve heard from him?”
Despite the difficulties of navigating her and her kids’ relationship with their father — who has become increasingly erratic in recent years — Kim insisted that she has “never once” kept them apart.
As for why she never publicly refutes the “narrative” that she denies West his parenting time, Kim explained she’s “just not that girl online that’s gonna fight back.”
She confessed that she’s come close, though, as her situation is “not easy” and “really sucks.”
