During the late 1990s, Debra Marshall emerged as one of the most adored female figures in the WWE universe. Known for her vibrant presence, Debra, who was born Debra McMichael, gained widespread recognition as the charismatic manager of the guitar-wielding villain, Jeff Jarrett.

Her eye-catching style and daring fashion choices, famously referred to as “the puppies” by commentator Jerry Lawler, captivated audiences every time she made an appearance in the ring, generating enthusiastic reactions from fans.

Debra’s popularity soared even further in the early 2000s when she tied the knot with one of wrestling’s biggest icons, Stone Cold Steve Austin. This high-profile marriage only cemented her status in the world of sports entertainment.

In 2002, Debra decided to step away from the wrestling spotlight, embarking on a new path in the field of criminal justice. However, the iconic blonde recently made a return to the public eye, appearing at a convention in Oklahoma, much to the delight of her fans.

Debra quit the wrestling business in 2002 for a new career in criminal justice, but the blonde bombshell recently resurfaced at a convention inĀ Oklahoma.

The former WWF Women’s Champion showed off her ageless appearance at the Wrestling for Heroes convention.Ā

She was joined by many WWE stars from the Attitude era, including Jacqueline, Rikishi, and The Godfather.

Dressed in a chocolate brown blazer and a stylish bucket hat, theĀ Alabama-born beauty looked like she’d barely aged a day since the late ’90s.Ā

Fans were stunned by Debra’s appearance, with one commenting, ‘Looking great!’

‘You’re absolutely gorgeous.. always have been. Always will be,’ wrote another.

A third commented, ‘Debra was my first crush growing up!’Ā

After quitting wrestling in 2002, Debra went back to school and ended up graduating from the University of Alabama with a Master of Science degree in criminal justice.

She currently works in the district attorney’s office in New Orleans, Louisiana.

‘I work with the victims and the witnesses of violent crimes,’ she explained at theĀ For the Love of Wrestling convention in January.

‘What I used to do in wrestling really helps because when someone is having a really traumatic day being a victim of a violent crime, then [I’ll say] “Do you watch wrestling?” And then when I tell them, they’ll be like, “Oh my gosh, I knew you looked familiar to me!”

‘I really enjoy making it intertwined, what I used to do and my current profession.’

Debra got her start in the industry by doing beauty pageants in the late ’80s and early ’90s.Ā

The diva, who is also a trained actress, had a small role in 1995’s The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which is the same year that she joined WCW.

She spent three years playing Queen Debra in WCW before making the leap over to the WWE (then known as WWF) in 1998.

As the manager of bad boy Jeff Jarrett, Debra became known for her skimpy business attire, which usually consisted of a daringly short miniskirt, a tight blazer, and a plunging blouse that left little to the imagination.Ā

She quickly became one of the most popular women in wrestling and eventually beat Sable for the WWF Women’s Championship in 1999.

In real life, she married WWE Champion Steve Austin in 2000 and then appeared as his on-screen wife on TV.

The couple split in 2002 following a domestic violence dispute.

Austin was charged him with misdemeanor assault. He pleaded no contest and received a year’s probation, a $1,000 fine, and an order to carry out eighty hours of community service.Ā

Austin suffered an embarrassing mishap after returning to WWE in April after crashing a four-wheeler into a ringside barricade during WrestleMania 41.

During his surprise appearance in Las Vegas, Stone Cold was driving around the ring on a quad bike, but suffered an accident when he turned a corner too late.

Right after a turn around a ring post, he crashed straight into the ringside barricade, with a female fan dramatically falling over from the impact despite not being hit by the vehicle.Ā

Austin appeared to check on the woman once his quad was crashed. The vehicle also stalled after the crash, with ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ unable to move it.Ā
