The office, characterized by its white-painted two-story structure, includes various rooms, each assigned a specific purpose.
During the walkthrough, VDM guided viewers through each area, explaining that one space is designated as the reception area, while another is set up as a studio. Additionally, there is a dedicated customer service area.
He also showcased a spacious conference area, alongside a kitchen where meals are prepared daily for the team.
According to VDM, the workstations and customer care units will handle incoming complaints. Community members seeking infrastructure such as boreholes will be able to visit the office to record and submit their requests.
