Coco Austin and Ice-T marked a special milestone for their daughter Chanel, throwing a Coraline-themed party to celebrate her tenth birthday, transforming the beloved animated film into a vibrant reality.
The celebration took place at one of their favorite venues, Nickelodeon Universe within the American Dream complex in New Jersey. The event was a lively affair, attended by over sixty guests including kids, family, and friends.
Chanel was joined by many of her new classmates, who enjoyed a day filled with exciting rides, engaging games, and numerous photo opportunities throughout the indoor amusement park.

Reflecting on the joyous occasion, Coco shared pictures from the party and marveled at how quickly time has passed. “Chanel is a decade old!! What? Totally insane!! I remember walking into the hospital as if it were yesterday to give birth to this child!” she expressed. “I love how she has blossomed into such a polite, beautiful, loving person with so much personality.”
The choice of a Coraline theme was a natural fit, as it stands as Chanel’s favorite movie. Coco had previously shared a glimpse of Chanel’s first day of fourth grade back in September, where Chanel sported bright blue hair streaks reminiscent of Coraline’s iconic style.

In one of the snaps, Chanel held a handmade sign reading, “My First Day of 4th Grade!”
“First days of school are always sweet and bitter for me.. I hate to see her go but love to see her excited about school and to see her friends,” Coco captioned. “I hate to admit this but im [sic] jealous of school sometimes because they spend more time with her more than me during the year.”
“But im proud of the little human she has become,” she continued. “Love my @babychanelnicole #firstdayofschool2025 #4thgrade.”

The Coraline love continued beyond the first day of school. The family even dressed as characters from the film for Chanel’s school Halloween party, making the birthday celebration feel like the latest chapter in a theme that Chanel has been building all year.
