The temporary restraining order that Scott Wolf had filed against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, has been officially lifted.
Following a hearing on Wednesday, a judge in Utah granted the “Party of Five” actor’s petition to annul the protective order. This decision effectively nullifies any previously issued orders, as reported by People.
Efforts to obtain comments from Scott’s representative and legal team by Page Six were not immediately successful.
Despite the contentious nature of their divorce proceedings, Scott recently acknowledged Kelley in a birthday post for their 13-year-old son, Miller.
Scott recently included Kelley in a birthday tribute to their son Miller, 13, despite their messy divorce battle.
The actor, 57, shared pictures of their youngest son over the years on Instagram, including one of Kelley hugging him from behind.
“A TEENAGER now. Fastening our chin straps for this one,” he wrote in part.
In October, he also publicly wished Kelley a happy 49th birthday on Instagram.
The positive updates came after Kelley entered a treatment center for her mental health in September, then was transferred to another rehab and mental health facility on Oct. 14 to continue receiving treatment, People reported. It was her second time in a month after she checked into an Arizona rehab on Sept. 7, only to confirm to Page Six two days later that she had exited and was staying in a hotel.
After she left rehab for the first time, she claimed her weight dropped to 97 pounds and insisted she was “not crazy.”
“I am going to be very clear. I need to be respected and given peace. I am not crazy,” she said via her Instagram Stories.
She went on to claim, “I have no record. I do not abuse drugs or alcohol.”
The “Real World: New Orleans” star also told her followers, “I have lost everything. I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman.”
Scott filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. Later that month, he filed a restraining order against Kelley, after she was placed in an involuntary psych hold.
Kelley was then arrested for harassment in August before being banned from contacting her estranged husband and their three kids: son Jackson, 16, Miller, and daughter Lucy, 11.
