On Friday, Jade Thirlwall unveiled her latest single, “Church,” accompanied by an imaginative music video set amidst a forest and graveyard backdrop. This release marks an exciting moment for her fans, who had been eagerly anticipating new music from the former Little Mix member.
Just last week, Jade, 32, ignited a wave of enthusiasm among her followers when she announced the deluxe version of her debut album, “That’s Showbiz Baby! The Encore.” Fans were thrilled that they didn’t have to wait long before experiencing the powerful new track, “Church.”
The music video showcases Jade in a stunning bridal ensemble, complete with a long white gown and a striking bouquet of red flowers. Her transformation throughout the video is striking, as she initially appears in a dramatic gothic attire, featuring oversized shoulder pads and intense dark eye makeup, perfectly setting the mood as she sings, “Pray for me like I would pray for you.”
Jade’s artistic vision and captivating performance have undoubtedly captured the attention of her audience, adding another layer of anticipation and excitement around her expanding solo career.
In the opening scenes, the hitmaker cut a gothic figure in a dramatic black outfit with huge shoulder pads and dark eye makeup streaming down her face as she sang, ‘Pray for me like I would pray for you’.
Jade slipped into a bold black and yellow spotted off the shoulder dress as she was joined by transgender TikTok star Bel Priestley and designer Daniel Lismore.

Elsewhere in the video, Jade was stood in the middle of a cult circle with Daniel as a number of dancers broke out into quirky dance moves.
The Angel Of My Dreams hitmaker slipped into a stylish cut out trench coat as she walked through a woodland while dancers signed autographs, were chased in a car by photographers and did their hair and makeup in a light up mirror.
Moving onto the chorus, she sang: ‘While the world burns, let me see you work. Down on your knees, let me be your church’.
Bringing the video to a close, Jade wowed i a shredded white paper dress and a huge dramatic horned head piece.
Her latest video was directed and co-written by Billy King and creative directed and co-written by Maximilian Raynor.
The deluxe album, out today, features 8 additional songs, 7 new tracks including the powerful ‘Church’ and the socially conscious anthem ‘This Is What We Dance For’.
Jade has also released her highly praised cover of the Madonna classic ‘Frozen’ which is the grand finale of her debut album, THAT’S SHOWBIZ BABY!

The singer released That’s Showbiz Baby in September, where it went to number three in the UK charts and scored the biggest opening week for a debut album of 2025.
The Encore edition will feature the pre-released singles Fantasy, FUFN, Plastic Box, and Angel Of My Dreams, as well as an additional eight songs.
These include the powerful track, Church, the socially conscious anthem This Is What We Dance For, and Jade’s cover of the Madonna classic Frozen, alongside songs Dreamcheater, Best You Could, Use Me, If My Heart Was A House and Tar.
Jade kicked off her solo career with her debut single Angel Of My Dreams, which has gone on to amass over 107 million streams and catapulted her solo career.
She became the first former girl group member to win a BRIT Award, after taking home the gong for Best Pop Act at the 2025 ceremony in March.
While in October, she kicked off her first solo tour for her album, playing dates across the UK and Ireland, and is set to head across the pond for a string of shows in the US and Canada next year.

The hitmaker will wrap up the tour in Europe, with concerts in the likes of Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan and Berlin, and ending March 18 in Hamburg, Germany.
Last month, Jade was honoured with the Musician Award at Harper’s Bazaar’s prestigious Women Of The Year ceremony.
And gracing the cover of magazine’s December/January issue, she revealed she’s received plenty of support from famous pals throughout her journey as a solo artist, including former Spice Girl Mel C and Lily Allen.
She said: ‘Mel C was so lovely to me – and Lily Allen literally DM’d me and said she really loves the album and the topics I sing and write about.
