“I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” Jenner admitted to the publication in August 2025. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy. Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
A clip from a December 2025 episode of The Kardashians shows Jenner and Kim Kardashian roasting each other for the personal enhancements and plastic surgery they’ve gone through over the years. The clip, which Jenner posted to Instagram, begins with Jenner pointing out Kardashian’s outfit, which includes a baseball cap and a fur shrug. Kardashian points out her mother’s suit — and then takes a jab at her “wig.”
“Do you have your extensions on?” Jenner pokes back, laughing.
“Do you have fake lashes on?” Kardashian jabs back.
“Are those her teeth?” Jenner manages to get out between hysterical laughter.
“Actually, yes,” Kardashian says. “But yours … mine are real. Never had a veneer, baby.”
“Turn around and let’s get started,” Jenner continues, likely referring to Kardashian’s rumored plastic surgery on her behind. “Bend over!”
“Those noses are real!” someone from off-camera comments. To that, Kardashian and Jenner agree.
“The [nose is] probably the only thing on my face that’s real,” Jenner continues, unable to stop her laughter.
