AMC Theatres brings back discounted classic holiday movies starting Dec. 5

AMC Theatres is ushering in the holiday season by offering audiences a chance to reconnect with beloved festive films on the big screen, all at a special discounted rate.

Starting December 5th and running through January 1st, over 200 AMC locations across the United States will host the Fan Faves Holiday Classics Series. This annual event will feature a rotating selection of cherished holiday movies.

Moviegoers can enjoy these cinematic classics at a reduced ticket price, with the same schedule of films repeating weekly at participating theaters. Here’s a glimpse at what audiences can expect from this nostalgic lineup:

  • Fridays: “The Grinch” (2018)
  • Saturdays: “Elf”
  • Sundays: “The Polar Express” (3D)
  • Mondays: “Love Actually”
  • Tuesdays: “The Polar Express” (2D)
  • Wednesdays: “Elf”
  • Thursdays: “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”

The series is tailored to cater to families, holiday movie enthusiasts, and anyone eager to experience the magic of the season through timeless films on the silver screen.

Additionally, to commemorate its 25th anniversary, “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” (2000) will make a special return to theaters. This limited engagement is set to run from December 11th through December 18th.
