Thieves steal $20,000 worth of trading cards from Sangamon County store

A significant theft in Sangamon County has prompted local law enforcement to reach out to the community for assistance.

The incident took place early last Thursday morning, shortly after 5 a.m., at the 217Comics and Games store in Laketown Township, just a short distance from Springfield.
