The blonde used to have FF breast implants, which she downsized to DD cups after they became unmanageable.

‘My back pain is unbearable and I can’t find many clothes that fit the rest of my body,’ she previously told Daily Mail Australia.

The star revealed her decision to undergo surgery again on Instagram, and said she’s looking forward to achieving a more natural look.

‘I’ve had implants since I was 23 years old and it’s now time to rock my natural size and get rid of these implants in my body for good,’ she wrote.

‘I’m excited to see my results, to feel better about myself and embrace whatever size I have naturally,’ Zilda added.
