Two twins from New Jersey found themselves in legal trouble after allegedly making threats against a top aide to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, as well as vowing to “shoot ICE on sight,” officials from DHS revealed on Tuesday.

The twins, Ricardo Antonio Roman-Flores and Emilio Roman-Flores, hailing from Absecon, were apprehended following accusations that they posted threats on social media, targeting DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin with claims of torture and murder.

One of their alleged tweets, reported by Fox News, provocatively suggested that “We Americans should find you, tar you, feather you, and hang you as we did to anyone serving tyrants before the Revolutionary War.”

In another incendiary social media post, the Roman-Flores brothers, who are both American citizens, allegedly called for utilizing their second amendment rights to open fire on Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

Authorities seized two firearms from Emilio, including an assault rifle, along with multiple boxes of ammunition, during the arrest.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons slammed the threat against his officers, warning that anyone who does so will face justice under the law.

Let this be a warning to anyone who dares threaten or attack our brave law enforcement officers,” Lyons said in a statement. “We will find you, we will arrest you, and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. We are NOT afraid of you.”

Emilio has been charged with unlawful possession of an assault weapon, possession of prohibited weapons, conspiracy terroristic threats, criminal coercion, threats, and cyber harassment.

His twin was only charged with conspiracy terroristic threats. Both brothers are currently being held by the Absecon Police Department.

Death threats targeting ICE officers have skyrocketed by 8,000% in fiscal year 2025, according to DHS’s latest report.

In October, McLaughlin told The Post that the threats against ICE agents have also come in the form of suspects putting bounties on the heads of officers.
