Christina Aguilera has a clear understanding of her daughter’s preferences.

The renowned singer and her fiancé, Matt Rutler, share a 10-year-old daughter, Summer Rain, who clearly favors her mom’s natural look. According to the “Beautiful” hitmaker, Summer prefers seeing her without makeup.

In a conversation on the Dec. 9 edition of The Jennifer Hudson Show, Christina revealed, “Summer’s favorite is the ‘no makeup mama.’ After I’m done shooting, she often says, ‘OK, can you take that off now? It’s time to be cozy.’”

The 44-year-old artist further explained, “She adores my freckles, which I frequently cover up. She asks, ‘Will I have freckles one day?’”

Christina also mentioned that Summer aspires to follow in her footsteps in more ways than one. “She’s such an artist,” Christina added, suggesting her daughter’s creative inclinations.

“She paints, she draws, she makes beautiful masks and pieces,” the Grammy winner continued, adding that Summer has also “taken an interest in acting.”

As for her and ex-husband Jordan Bratman‘s 17-year-old son Max Liron? According to Christina, he’s a little bit more “tough” to impress.
