Rachel Zoe, the chic star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, recently opened up about how she keeps her skin looking fresh and youthful. In a candid conversation on Molly Sims’ podcast, “Lipstick on the Rim,” which aired on December 9, Zoe shared that while her morning routine is refreshingly simple, she dedicates special attention to her skincare regimen.
During the podcast, Zoe expressed her admiration for Nurse Jamie, the renowned skincare expert behind Jamie Sherrill’s celebrity-favorite brand. “Nurse Jamie is incredible,” Zoe enthused. “She introduces me to all the latest innovations—lasers, Korean skincare trends, and skin-tightening treatments. Honestly, I don’t even need to know what she’s doing. I just trust her completely. I close my eyes, she works her magic, and my skin feels renewed.”
Rachel humorously noted that when asked about her specific treatments, she can only say she has no idea. “I literally don’t know,” she laughed. “I just walk in, close my eyes, and say, ‘Tighten it, lift it, whatever you need to do.'”
In a related note, Hailey Bieber also recently addressed her cosmetic procedures, clarifying on the “In Your Dreams” podcast that she’s only had Botox in her jaw to relieve TMJ, a condition that causes jaw pain. At 28, Bieber is transparent about what she has and hasn’t done, which resonates with many fans seeking authenticity from their favorite stars.
Elsewhere on the podcast, Rachel opened up about her daily routine, which starts off with a “30-second shower.”
“I will put on some Barbara Sturm products. I’m here to say, I use the exfoliating pads that have the perfect little slot for my hands to … make my skin soft,” Rachel said, noting some of her current favorite foundation brands include Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury, Victoria Beckham and Gucci.
Before starting her makeup routine, Rachel is sure to “pound” hydrating products into her face. “There’s a lot of hydrating. That’s really what I use the most of,” she said, explaining she loves serums and hyaluronic acid.

When it comes to her morning and nighttime rituals, Rachel shared that she “wishes” she had more than she does. “I am running, I am racing upstairs,” the designer laughed. “I’ll clean my skin off and I’ll … [do] some good eye patches while I’m [on] a call. I mean, I wash my hair like twice a week. I’m the lowest maintenance beauty person,” she said. “But I do care about skin more than anything.”
Before going to bed, she applies “seven layers” of anti-aging serums, lotions and more. “But it’ll [only] take me five minutes.”
Besides skin treatments, Rachel, who joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast in 2025 for the show’s season 15, previously opened up about her “smile makeover” via Instagram in June 2024.
“I need a little refresher on my teeth and I’m excited but I’m nervous,” she said in the episode. “It’s really a confidence thing and I’m so excited to feel more confident in my smile.”
Rachel added that she’s “excited to smile more” with her veneers.
“I am so excited to share the start of my smile makeover journey with Dr. Andi Jean at Apa Aesthetics,” she captioned the post. “I don’t think I realized how badly I wanted to do this until I actually did it. The best accessory to having great style is having a great smile! Watch along in my stories to see how transformative it is even from the very beginning. Xo RZ.”
Ahead of joining the RHOBH for season 15, which debuted on Bravo on December 4. Rachel had her own show, The Rachel Zoe Project, in which she took her business to the next level while working as a celebrity stylist.
She’s also the mom of two sons, Skyler Berman, 14, and Kaius Berman, 11, whom she shares with Rodger Berman. In July, she filed for divorce from Rodger, 57, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their divorce is not yet finalized.
