Lily From AT&T's Spicy Return To The Spotlight Confuses Fans: 'Only Hypocrisy'

Many followers have been curious about the whereabouts of Milana Vayntrub, known to many as “Lily” from AT&T commercials. After a period away from the limelight, she re-emerged on December 8 with an intriguing Instagram carousel featuring some striking images. However, it wasn’t just the photos that caught attention. Vayntrub used the platform to promote her Only Philanthropy website, a clever twist on OnlyFans, aimed at raising awareness and funds for those affected by recent Los Angeles wildfires. In a caption accompanying an image where she posed in an open shirt and knee-high boots, Vayntrub shared, “Following the LA fires this year, I realized people urgently needed financial assistance.” She further encouraged collaboration, asking her audience to join her in supporting the cause.

Her post served as an invitation to other creators to join the initiative. According to the Only Philanthropy website, the images are “playful and tastefully provocative, but not explicit,” with various subscription levels available.

The post was a call-to-action to recruit other creators to help the cause. On the Only Philanthropy website, it explains that the photos are “flirty and tastefully risqué, but not nude,” and there are tiered levels to the subscription.

Disappointingly, the post brought a lot of backlash, with many users accusing Vayntrub of being hypocritical. The sad truth about Vayntrub is that the AT&T commercials led to a lot of unwanted sexual attention, something she has previously spoken out against. “Didn’t she get upset a few years ago because people were sexualizing her?” one user commented. “Only hypocrisy,” another added, mocking the website name. “So men are allowed to look now?” a follower inquired. “I’m all for helping causes, but it feels contradictory,” a fan wrote. The photos also sparked a heated debate among fans.

In August 2020, during an Instagram Live session, Vayntrub opened up about her experiences with online harassment. She expressed distress over people discussing her body in disrespectful ways, stating, “I do not consent to any of this. It’s bringing up painful memories of past experiences.” A clip of her remarks was shared on X, where she also mentioned receiving inappropriate messages while simply walking her dog.

Milana Vayntrub explained why she doesn’t show her body in commercials anymore

The following year, Vayntrub addressed why she was choosing not to appear onscreen during AT&T commercials aired during the NCAA March Madness Tournament. In March 2021, she tweeted, “Due to the overwhelming number of inappropriate comments about my body, I’ve opted out of being visible until I feel secure again.” She also disclosed that she had taken on the role of directing those advertisements herself.

Vayntrub spoke about her mistreatment during an Instagram Live session in August 2020. “… what they want to do to her body against her will. Because let me tell you, I am not consenting to any of this. I do not want any of this,” she said in a clip of the video that was shared on X. “I’m hurting, and it’s bringing up a lot of feelings of sexual assault. I am just walking my dog and getting messages from people who have distorted my pictures to get likes on their accounts,” she added.

The following year, Vayntrub explained why she wasn’t showing her body in AT&T commercials that were running during that year’s NCAA March Madness Tournament. “It’s because of the thousands of unwelcome comments I receive about my body. You’ve lost the privilege of looking at it until I feel safe again,” she wrote on X in March 2021. She also revealed that she had directed those spots herself.
