Kylie Jenner has discovered a unique way to connect with her late friend and hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero, following his passing.
In the December 18 episode of The Kardashians, the 28-year-old shared a poignant moment that occurred when her sister, Kim Kardashian, reached out. “Kim called me a few days ago and told me that Jesus appeared to her in a dream. He said, ‘Please tell Kylie that I love her,’” Kylie recounted.
Khloé Kardashian provided further insight into the circumstances surrounding Jesus’ untimely death during a confessional segment.
“Kylie recently lost one of her dearest friends,” Khloé explained. “His sudden passing was heartbreaking, but he finds ways to reach out to her. I think it’s incredibly touching and comforting when those who have left us try to assure us that they’re at peace.”
News broke in February that Jesus had died, with confirmation coming via a GoFundMe page set up by his sister Gris. His cause of death was not shared via the page but it was later confirmed to be natural causes. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner revealed in June that the hairstylist died of pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) and disseminated cryptococcus neoformans, which are fungal infections that can severely impact those with weakened immune systems.
“Kylie is completely heartbroken,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time. “Jesus was her No. 1 hairstylist, and they were best friends.”

Kylie later paid tribute to Jesus in an emotional statement.
“Jesus was more than my friend — he was a light in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support,” she wrote via Instagram that same month. “I don’t know how I would have made it through the last almost decade without him by my side. He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter.”
Kylie continued: “Thank you, Jesus, for always being there for me, for lifting me up, for being my friend. The pain of losing you is just unbearable and i don’t know how to move forward without you but I know great grief is born only of great love. and I loved you so much. You were the best person, with a talent that was unmatched. a true artist. You inspired so many, and you always will.”
Alongside her post, Kylie shared a photo of the pair smiling. “Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will live in my heart forever. I’ll cherish all our moments together. every laugh and hug. I wish I could hug you again,” she concluded. “I laid in your bed the way you used to lay in mine, talking for hours. I would give anything for one more deep talk. I’m going to miss you so much. more than any words can say. 222 my angel.”
Kim, 45, shared her own post in Jesus’ honor.
“Our glam fam means the world to us. We work together, vacation and celebrate our lives together!” she wrote via her Instagram Story. “Our great respect for the art of hair and [makeup] has led us to meeting some of the kindest souls and make some of our bestest friends. So when one of our glam family members passes away all of our souls are crushed.”
The post continued: “My heart breaks for Kylie and everyone who loved Jesus the way we all did. I’m praying for his family, his loved ones and the whole beauty community who feels this deep loss of one of the most talented and kindest to ever do it!”
Khloé, 41, meanwhile, reposted the tribute and added, “I couldn’t find the words this weekend, but this is exactly how we all feel. We become a family with our glam teams, and we share so much of our lives with them.”
